Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Home Support Assistant to join our team at Warren Lodge Care Home in Ashford.

In this role, you will provide vital support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing personal care, including toileting, feeding, and medication administration
  • Supporting residents with dementia, promoting meaningful engagement and encouraging independence
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care home setting, preferably with individuals with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and supporting the needs of others
