About the Role

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users who are living independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and support service users with their medication
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to provide exceptional care and support
