Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support our Shift Manager in ensuring the efficient handling and dispatch of customer products. This role involves supervising and controlling staff and resources to achieve optimal levels of cost and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products are picked, packed, and dispatched in line with customer specifications and quantities.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of Health and Safety in the handling of products.
  • Monitor and maintain optimum levels of stock integrity through understanding of Warehouse Operations processes.
  • Supervise, guide, and support staff within areas of responsibility.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s and reviews with colleagues as part of the performance management cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records against activity as required under Site Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure all processes, daily checks, defect reporting, training, and operations of MHE are conducted in line with Company and Legislative Health and Safety Requirements.
  • Support the commercial objectives of the business through continuous review and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of Warehouse Operations.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience of managing teams within a warehouse/production environment.
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm, drive, and a can-do attitude.
  • PC Literate to a minimum of intermediate level in MS Office.
