Job Title: Warehouse Operations Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Trainer to join our team at JP Recruitment. As a Warehouse Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for leading the training and development of warehouse staff in the safe and efficient operation of MHE equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse staff on MHE equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure staff are meeting training standards.
- Collaborate with the QHSE Manager to implement and maintain effective training policies and procedures.
- Manage and control the training matrix for all warehouse staff.
- Lead on training and internal assessments of all MHE operators across the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position leading on MHE equipment training and warehousing operations.
- RTITB (or equivalent) MHE trainer certification and BRC experience.
- Current and up-to-date forklift licenses, IPAF, and Harness awareness.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
