Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Lead - Remote Monitoring Nursing Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Doccla. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership to our remote monitoring nursing team and ensuring the delivery of optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the remote monitoring nursing team and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in the development of company clinical policies and procedures.
  • Lead on the preparation required for upcoming inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of clinical supervision and support within Doccla.
  • Participate in the effective management of serious incidents and complaints investigations and responses.
  • Occasional travel to sites around the region may be required.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin or HCPC registration.
  • Broad understanding of the current healthcare climate.
  • Proven track record of leadership, performance management, and organizational change.
  • Experience of developing effective working partnerships and building collaborative relationships.
  • Prior experience of working with remote patient monitoring and virtual consultations/digital healthcare.
  • Strong commitment to identifying development opportunities, celebrating success, and encouraging creativity, innovation, and excellence in practice.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire the clinical team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
  • Strong IT/computing skills and proficiency in relevant software (MS Office/G Suite).
