Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Therapist to join our team as a Lead Clinician. This role will involve managing a therapy caseload, providing supervision and support to a team of therapists, and contributing to staff training and consultation.
The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. They will also have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as clear and concise report writing skills.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires resilience and enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Location: Belmont Secondary School, North West England
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
- Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
- Valid and up to date professional registration and membership of a professional body
