The Role:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our teams in project development and fundraising activities. The successful candidate will provide support to colleagues in the development team, delivering effective and successful functions of prospect research, project development, fundraising, and bid writing. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the development team in the day-to-day maintenance of our systems, including tracking new opportunities, updating our contacts database, and project staff CVs.

Responsibilities:

- Undertake desk-based research to support project development and fundraising activities
- Provide administrative support to the development team
- Assist in the delivery of effective and successful functions of prospect research, project development, fundraising, and bid writing
- Maintain accurate records and databases
