Residential Care Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Care Support professional to join our team as a Residential Care Manager in Birmingham.
About the Role- Achieve and maintain CQC registration
- Implement, monitor, and review practices to meet service requirements
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to Service Users and working as part of a team to provide exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of senior/managerial experience in the sector and knowledge of current Health & Social Care legislation.
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a £500 Recommend A Friend Bonus, up to 28 Days Holiday, free DBS check, stakeholder pension, and annual employee awards evening.
This is a full-time contract with opportunities for career progression within the company. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
