We are seeking skilled florists to become part of our hotel contracts team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of quality in our flower arrangements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assisting Guests: Provide a warm welcome and assist hotel guests and walk-in customers to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
  • Flower Arrangement and Preparation: Prepare and create stunning flower arrangements, hand-tied bouquets, and other decorative items for our hotel clients.
  • Event Installations: Collaborate with the floral team to design and install event installations that exceed client expectations.
  • Shop Maintenance: Ensure the shop area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times, maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Customer Payments: Accurately handle customer payments using our point-of-sale system.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular checks to ensure adequate quality and levels of flowers, vases, and accessories are maintained.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with other tasks as required, supporting the team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

You will be a reliable, organised individual with a minimum of one year's floristry and shop experience. As a skilled florist, you will be well-presented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.

  • Teamwork: Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Availability: Willingness to work during peak periods, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and undertake some manual lifting.
