Student Support and Guidance Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Student Support and Guidance Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
The successful candidate will work closely with our student council to coordinate student activities and events, promoting a sense of community and inclusivity across our campuses. In addition, you will provide referrals to external agencies when necessary, ensuring that students receive the best possible support.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds. You will be a strong team player, committed to equality and diversity, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people aged 16+, and possess a strong understanding of safeguarding principles. You will also be willing to work across both Uxbridge and Hayes campuses, supporting our students in achieving their full potential.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
