This role involves working as a key member of the Bloor Homes sales team, responsible for promoting and selling new homes to potential customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product, local information, competitors, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, including COVID-19 protocols, and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up on visitors, and updating CRM systems to track progress.
  • Taking reservations and completing paperwork efficiently to support sales, ensuring customers understand the sales process.
  • Progressing contracts and completions to meet or exceed targets, while building relationships with solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with mortgage products and market trends through regular contact with recommended financial advisors.
  • Complying with company policies and procedures, and undertaking additional tasks as required.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience in sales, particularly in the new house building market.
  • Full driving license.
  • Proven sales skills and effective negotiation skills.
  • Able to recognize key buying signals and maintain a positive, target-driven attitude.
