Service Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at our head office in Hull. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our prestigious customer base across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, petrochemical, telecoms, education, IT, retail, healthcare, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance works in consultation with client availability
  • Organize all necessary access equipment and site requirements, including components
  • Prepare RAMS for clients and engineers
  • Allocate works to designated engineers
  • Ensure works are scheduled and completed within client KPIs
  • Manage the status of tasks, upload reports, and process through internal systems and client portals
  • Manage asset registers
  • Review completed work reports to identify queries and raise with relevant parties
  • Upload reports to internal systems and external portals within standard KPIs, ensuring client compliance requirements are fulfilled
