Critical Maintenance Role

PRS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a state-of-the-art data centre in Woking. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in a highly critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver and ensure all Critical Facility PPM's are carried out to schedule.
  2. Apply a risk-focused maintenance approach and operations of plant and systems in data centres/critical environments.
  3. Ensure all critical client services, computer rooms, data networks, manufacturing and revenue earning services meet client requirements.
  4. Provide emergency response standby, call out and escalate urgent issues.
  5. Completion of records and logs required to demonstrate delivery of maintenance requirements.
  6. Control and supervise contractors when required.
  7. Emergency lighting testing.
  8. All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, lighting systems and Heat exchangers.

Requirements:

  1. Trade trained with ideally 3 years' experience in the building services.
  2. City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3.
  3. Experience in a critical site (Data Centre or Banking Sites).
  4. Good building services knowledge.

Salary: Up to £50,000 basic, combined with the opportunity for overtime and training.
