Care Home Deputy Manager Opportunity

This esteemed care home in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, seeks a dedicated and qualified nurse to assume the role of Deputy Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the home and maintaining high standards of care.

With an estimated salary of £50,000 per annum, this position offers a competitive remuneration package, commensurate with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising and training care staff, maintaining accurate care records, fostering strong relationships with residents' families and external organisations, engaging with residents and understanding their individual care needs, and staying abreast of safeguarding and referral pathways for vulnerable adults. Additionally, you will promote resident and family involvement in developing and reviewing care plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. A comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme is provided, as well as opportunities for career development and promotion.
