About the Role

As a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to women with complex emotional and mental health problems at Springwood Lodge in Guiseley.

The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively to deliver specialist care and support, focusing on active rehabilitation for sustainable discharge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to service users, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.

  • Maintain accurate records, observing and reporting any significant changes or developments in service user care.
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues alike.
