Lead Workshop Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Workshop Manager to join our team at Stagecoach Gillmoss Bus Depot. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional maintenance services and have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our buses are maintained to the highest standards, and our daily service targets are met.
- Through first-line supervision, you will control daily workshop loading, monitor health and safety practices, and ensure that our buses are in top condition for our customers.
- You will also be responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of our vehicles, as well as the deployment of our maintenance resources.
- We are seeking someone with energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate staff to meet the targets and high standards we set for the maintenance and cleaning of our buses.
- Our ideal candidate will possess an appropriate professional engineering qualification, have an eye for detail, and have a passion for continuous improvement.
