Job Description
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and working closely with colleagues to provide excellent sales service.
  • Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations while maintaining personal and productivity goals.
  • Building relationships with customers by asking open-ended questions to understand their needs and providing expert advice on products and trends.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 0-3 years' retail experience, with a passion for athletic footwear and apparel.
  • Confidence in engaging with customers to deliver an elevated shopping experience.
  • Motivation to achieve great results through enthusiasm and a love for interacting with customers and products.
  • The ability to work independently without supervision and be flexible with availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
