Your Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Recruitment Expert, you'll be responsible for building a portfolio from scratch, creating lasting relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and strategic planning.

  • Building a personal network and advertising roles
  • Cold calling and pitching daily occurrences
  • Developing sales skills and recruitment knowledge within your core sector
Benefits and Rewards

This role offers genuine earning potential through an industry-leading commission structure. With a basic salary of £24,500 and uncapped commission, you'll have the opportunity to reach £40-50k by year 2 and £100k by year 4.
