Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Database Management Specialist to join our team at CV-Library, based in the heart of Grimsby. As a Database Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to build upon their career in data management and administration. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, inputting, and updating data in various systems and databases, as well as examining data for errors or discrepancies.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and have excellent time management and organisational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Update: Accurately review, input, and update data in various systems and databases.
  • Error Detection: Examine data for errors or discrepancies and correct any incompatibilities.
  • File Organisation: Organise and maintain electronic and paper files.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong Working Knowledge of Excel and Other MS Office Software.
  • Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal.

What We Offer:

  • Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (25-35 hours per week).
  • Flexibility as to how these hours are spread over the working week.

Contact Length:

  • 3 months with the option for extension for the right candidate.
