Job Opportunity: Consultant Neurophysiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Neurophysiologist to join our team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Neurophysiology services.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the provision of high-quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement. This will involve working in partnership with our substantive consultants team to run clinics across Poole and Dorset County Hospitals.

Key Requirements
  • MRCP (UK) or an equivalent qualification
  • Entry on the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Register for Neurophys or CCT in next 6 months
Desirable Skills
  • Satisfactory training in Neurophysiology
  • Wide knowledge of Neurophysiology
  • Experience in hospital clinical audit
  • An understanding of the Research process
  • Management ability
