About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Program Manager to join our team at Holland and Barrett. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our loyalty strategy, ensuring that our customers receive best-in-class experiences across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new loyalty propositions, optimize operational efficiency, and drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage loyalty systems and associated data to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee bounceback offer planning and operations to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics reports to measure program effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless customer and colleague journeys across all channels.
  • Support transition and re-platforming activities for the Loyalty program.
  • Plan and deliver coupon processes and develop new mechanics to enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics for program optimization.
  • Excellent prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and exceptional communication abilities.
