Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Expert to join our team at Anson McCade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A advisory, capital markets, or corporate finance, with expertise in financial due diligence, valuations, and transaction structuring.

About the Role

The Capital Markets Expert will lead transaction advisory projects, oversee the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, and ensure the successful delivery of complex transactions. They will also act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing tailored advice and insights on capital deals and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transaction advisory projects, including financial due diligence, valuations, and strategic deal structuring.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing tailored advice and insights on capital deals and growth strategies.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of complex transactions, working closely with both internal teams and clients to meet critical deadlines.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes, translating these insights into actionable strategies for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in M&A advisory, capital markets, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Expertise in financial due diligence, valuations, and transaction structuring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial models and data.
  • Excellent client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships at senior levels.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
