Job Title: Autism Support Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Assistant to join our team at Milk Education. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children aged 3-19 years old with Autism and Communication issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and creating a fun and safe environment for the children to thrive.
  • Help pupils regulate and assist with personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized support plans.

Requirements:

  • Recent and relevant experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism in an education or health and social care capacity.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30.
  • Comfortable providing personal care.
