Job Title: Area Cleaning Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Manager to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. As an Area Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for the management of store cleaning operations in up to 30 small format convenience sites around the Bristol area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver cleaning services to defined standards and corrective action as required.
- Recruit and train Store Cleaning staff to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
- Manage area and store costs within budget and ensure Health & Safety requirements are followed.
- Carry out weekly and monthly cleaning audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Cleaning background in food retail or small format retailers.
- Proficient in IT, including Excel, Word, and Email.
- Full and valid driving licence and ability to travel daily.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours a week, 6 days out of 7, predominantly Monday to Saturday. If you have a passion for cleaning and management, and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
