Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
Experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor in the Social Housing Sector
Knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships
IT Skills
Full Driving Licence
CSR Card
Good understanding of operating costs and productivity levels
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines & targets
