About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chair to join our Board at Keelman Homes Limited. As Chair, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of our organization and ensuring good governance is adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Board
  • Ensure effective governance and risk management
  • Contribute to the development of our strategic plan and key performance indicators
  • Represent Keelman Homes at external events and meetings
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and governance skills
  • Experience of working in a board or committee structure
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of effective decision making
  • Understanding and acceptance of the legal duties and responsibilities of trusteeship
