Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Showcase our fantastic products in a true Sofology style
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is a red-carpet experience
  • Understand the world of design and style to recommend the perfect sofa for each customer
  • Complete finance applications to ensure customers receive the right payment products
  • Utilise your passion for interior design to maintain store standards
  • Support colleagues in developing their knowledge of products and best practices
  • Hone your listening skills to have relevant conversations with customers
