Lead Chef Opportunity at Preston North End Football Club

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Chef to join our team at Preston North End Football Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Head Chef in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Executive Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Lead a team of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver innovative and delicious dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including match days and functions
