About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering and Hospitality Delivery Manager to join our team at Brooklands Museum. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our catering and hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the hospitality services and events, including the Sunbeam Café and the Brooklands Paddock Grill.
  • Ensure all catering and hospitality services are well-organized, efficient, and delivered to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Catering and Hospitality Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a strong background in catering and hospitality.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a flexible and adaptable environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
