About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering and Hospitality Delivery Manager to join our team at Brooklands Museum. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering and hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and drink services, including the Sunbeam Café and the Brooklands Paddock Grill
  • Ensure all catering and hospitality services are well-organized, efficient, and meet the high standards set by the Museum
  • Lead a team of hospitality staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the Catering and Hospitality Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in hospitality and catering
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
