We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Architecture and Governance Lead to join our team at Phoenix Group Holdings. As a senior leader in Finance Data Systems and Change, you will be responsible for driving change and shaping the future of our finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage business architecture teams within a complex organization, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Translate complex architecture concepts and designs to build the roadmap for change with big picture thinking and focus.
  • Develop and implement a structured view of the finance architecture, bringing clarity to all levels of the organization.
  • Champion controls, data governance, and the removal of process debt.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a team of domain architects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and managing business architecture teams within a complex organization, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to translate complex architecture concepts and designs to build the roadmap for change with big picture thinking and focus.
  • Energy and passion for Business Process and Data Architecture and the opportunities this can drive for an organization.
  • Knowledge of the Finance regulatory requirements within Financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and negotiate with vendors and challenge the status quo.
