Program Leader Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated program leader to join our hospitality team at Southport College. As a lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing students in hospitality programs, ensuring they receive high-quality learning experiences that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students in hospitality programs.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure academic excellence.
Develop and implement effective assessment strategies that meet industry standards.

Requirements:
Hold a minimum Level 3 competency qualification in Hospitality/Catering and possess relevant industry experience.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in front-of-house roles and a proven track record of delivering hospitality qualifications.

Salary and Benefits:
This role attracts a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including a career-average pension scheme and access to college facilities such as a gym and beauty therapy salons.
