About the Role:
A dedicated and experienced instructor is required to teach and assess hospitality programs at Southport College. This role involves delivering practical skills training, facilitating theory sessions, and assessing learner progress.

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the needs of students in hospitality programs.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure academic excellence.
Develop and implement effective assessment strategies that meet industry standards.

Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 competency qualification in Hospitality/Catering and recent vocational experience are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering hospitality qualifications and a passion for educating students.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a career-average pension scheme and access to college facilities such as a gym and beauty therapy salons.
