Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Addition+. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead testing efforts for assigned projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Participate as a member of the development team, contributing to the development and enhancement of Agile working practices.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of testing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyse requirements and user stories to help establish acceptance criteria, ensuring that testing efforts are focused on delivering value to our customers.
- Provide input for non-functional testing needs, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Conduct exploratory testing, identifying and reporting defects to ensure that our solutions are free from errors.
- Maintain open communication with the development team and project stakeholders, ensuring that testing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- Report on test results as required for each project, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Perform test gap analysis to identify scenarios for manual and automated testing, ensuring that our testing efforts are comprehensive and effective.
- Ensure product quality as they progress from prototypes to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Passion for quality assurance and testing, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and exploratory testing approaches.
- Experience as a senior or sole tester on a project or within a team, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise test plans and reports.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and test management software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to undergo Security Clearance when required, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
