About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract and Performance Manager to join our team at Arguile Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contract performance and improving supplier relationships through data and quality management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Performance Frameworks: Create standard Key Performance Indicator (KPI) handbooks for future contracts, defining metrics and securing agreement with the business on data collection and analysis.
  • Implement Contract Reporting Systems: Establish robust systems for effective supplier performance reporting at project, programme, and portfolio levels.
  • Ensure Commercial Alignment: Align KPIs with proposed contract commercial models.
  • Collaborate with Contract Managers: Work with contract managers to address poor-performing suppliers, developing plans to return performance to acceptable levels.
  • Quality Management: Leverage previous experience working as a quality or performance manager in frontline operations or commercial teams.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize strong data analysis skills to create actionable insights from data.
