Designate Team Leader (DTL) Role at SPAR Sturminster Marshall

As a Designate Team Leader (DTL) at SPAR Sturminster Marshall, you will be a key member of our management team, taking on additional responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are out of the store. Your primary focus will be on ensuring excellent customer service and store standards, leading by example and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment, induction, and training of new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Act as a positive role model for the team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure the store is safe for colleagues and customers, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and presented store, meeting the high standards of SPAR.
  • Support the successful running of the store, working collaboratively with the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven team leadership experience within the retail industry, with a strong track record of success.
