Job Title: Information Security Compliance Lead
Job Summary:
Fruition IT is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with information security controls, management policies, and procedures that are a core component of our ISO 27001 certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Audits and Reviews: Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to ISO 27001 standards.
- ISO 27001 Framework: Ensure the continuous embedding of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management (ISM) framework and adherence to the standard.
- Control Testing: Conduct control testing as part of a continual programme of reviews to identify and mitigate security control gaps.
- Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve security processes and recommend process improvements to senior leadership.
- Client Support: Support client audits and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client questionnaires.
- Reporting: Ensure the upkeep of reporting and manage the internal security assurance audit schedule.
- Team Development: Educate and develop more junior analysts to ensure the continued growth and success of our Information Security Team.
- Risk Management: Escalate significant risks or risk trends to appropriate leadership.
Key Requirements:
- ISO 27001 Experience: Experience of managing and auditing ISO 27001 ISMS.
- International Organisation Experience: International organisation security operations experience.
- Information Security Knowledge: Understanding of information security controls and technology.
- Cloud Security Experience: Experience of working with security controls across cloud services.
