Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide personalized support to a 6-year-old girl with developmental and physical needs, enabling her to participate in daily activities and access the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and toileting needs
- Support with dressing, undressing, and mobility
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Accompany the child on social outings, such as trips to the park and trampolining
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Considerate, caring, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills
- Common sense and initiative to adapt to changing situations
- Full driving license and access to a car to transport the child
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the child's needs
