Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled NDT Level Two Inspector to join our client's team. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough system performance checks in accordance with industry-recognized process standards.
- Develop and maintain written instructions from approved general procedures, requiring final approval by a Level 3 certified professional.
- Prepare and complete all relevant internal and external documentation, including work cards, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
- Liaise with production personnel and supervision to provide feedback on tested products and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarize yourself with industry codes, standards, and contractual documents that govern the inspection process.
- Comply with all pertinent procedures and work instructions within the quality manual.
- Identify and communicate process improvements during testing activities.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities related to Inspection activities.
- Contribute to the investigation into root cause of non-conforming product and the implementation of corrective and preventive action.
- Familiarize yourself with the Company's Health and Safety Policy and your responsibilities within the Policy.
- Develop strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Commit to ongoing learning and career development.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and determination to achieve high standards of performance.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs along with a minimum of either a relevant A level (or equivalent) and/or relevant work experience.
- NDT Level II Certification (Radiographic).
