Key Responsibilities

As a Senior NDT Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard. You will develop written instructions from approved general procedures, requiring final approval by a Level 3 certified in the method.

You will complete all internal and external documentation relevant to the inspection/testing of product or process, e.g. Work card, inspection reports, First Article Inspection Reports, Non-conformance Reports, etc.

Liaise with production personnel and supervision where required to provide feedback on tested product.

Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the method as utilised.

Comply with all pertinent procedures and work instructions within the quality manual.

Identify and communicate improvements to processes or procedures during testing activities.

Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities related to Inspection activities.

Familiarise yourself with the Company's Health and Safety Policy and understand your responsibilities within it.

Committed to personal learning and career development.

Determination to achieve high standards of performance.

Requirements
  1. GCSEs along with a minimum of either a relevant A level (or equivalent) and/or relevant work experience.
  2. NDT Level II Certification (Radiographic).
