PW Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Technical Service Lead to join our award-winning M&E contractor client based in Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and progress in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site reviews and validations to ensure compliance with British Standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to prepare drawings and assist with design reviews.
  • Review labour on site and provide feedback to the Senior Team.
  • Ensure a good working environment and morale for all labour on site.
  • Review the project programme on a weekly basis and ensure a two-week look ahead is reviewed on every bi-weekly visit.
  • Prepare the project progress snapshot and issue it to the Senior PM Team on a monthly basis.
  • Issue the monthly % tracking document 'Site Progress Percentage Document SPPD'.
  • Finalize all testing certification and as-built mark ups and issue them to the Senior Team.
  • Conduct site handovers and customer witnessing.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of British Standards and both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the relevant field of operation.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports.
  • Appropriate CSCS Card (SSSTS / SMSTS).
  • Driving licence.
