Guest Room Attendant Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our housekeeping team as a Guest Room Attendant Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel, supervising a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame.

Responsibilities- Supervise a team of housekeeping staff and ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel
- Familiar with agreed cleaning standards and presentation of all room categories
- Report any damages or breakages promptly
- Previous experience in a similar role and understands the importance of attention to detail in housekeeping
- Possess excellent time management skills and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit and able to carry out the physical demands of the job
- Good communication skills and able to work effectively with other departments
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
