Job Summary

As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational matters related to plant and equipment maintenance on site. This includes ensuring that CBRE Safety Rules and Procedures are adhered to by all site personnel within the engineering team. You will also be responsible for planning work for the team, allocating tasks, and conducting quality checks on completed works. Additionally, you will ensure that the team has a Performance Development Plan (PDP) in place and adequate training is planned and booked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operational matters related to plant and equipment maintenance on site
  • Ensure CBRE Safety Rules and Procedures are adhered to by all site personnel
  • Plan work for the team and allocate tasks
  • Conduct quality checks on completed works
  • Ensure team has PDP in place and adequate training is planned and booked

Requirements
  • Apprentice trained engineer with recognized technical qualifications in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
  • Good knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and General Building Services
  • Impart knowledge and safety training to all members of staff
  • Preferably working towards Incorporated Engineering registration with CIBSE or IET or IMechE or another approved engineering body
