About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at McDonald's, a leading fast-food chain with a strong commitment to customer experience and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Lead a team of CRM Campaign Executives to deliver end-to-end campaign processes, from briefing objectives to final quality assurance.
  • Prioritize and deliver new data-driven lifecycle campaigns, as well as lead testing and optimizing of existing ones.
  • Provide direction to the CRM agency for the delivery of all CRM campaign activity and projects.
  • Be the expert in brand principles and goals, ensuring the team and agency apply these to CRM communications.
  • Proactively manage campaign performance to derive insights and optimisations.
  • Manage the reporting of all campaign KPIs in partnership with the agency to ensure targets are being met and positive momentum maintained.
  • Help shape and deliver the CRM strategy, leveraging new technology and capability to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant subject.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of CRM communications.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle principles and proven ability to grow customer loyalty and value through smart lifecycle campaigns.
  • Experience of motivating and managing a team to deliver results in the most efficient way possible.
  • Strong and proven organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to deliver a flawless experience to customers.
  • A self-starter with a bias for action and desire to own and improve projects and campaigns.
  • Experience of CRM reporting and analytics with the ability to draw insights and inform campaign strategy and improvements.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in a CRM Manager role.
  • Experience of managing a CRM campaign tool.
  • Experience of working on a loyalty programme.
  • Experience of using first-party data for paid media.
