Career Overview:

We are seeking an experienced building surveyor to join our team at CBRE. As a CBRE building consultancy professional, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on building services, surveying, and planning.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on technical due diligence instructions and building surveying.
  • Conduct contract administration and building surveys.
  • Prepare and manage schedules of dilapidations and negotiate claims.
  • Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance schedules.

What You'll Need:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per annum
