About the Role

 

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our dialysis center.

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
  • Assist with patient education and support, promoting a positive and empathetic experience for patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our patient care services.
