Job Title: Corporate Credit Risk Manager

At Danos Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Credit Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of credit risk across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust credit risk management framework to mitigate potential risks to our capital, earnings, reputation, business operations, opportunities, or otherwise.
  • Provide timely information on credit portfolio performance, credit approval information, early warning signal management, and identification of risk trends through regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Assist in delivering the credit policy framework, including branch risk appetite framework, pre-loan credit policy, credit review and approval policy, post-loan policy, internal rating model development, and delegation of authority.
  • Manage the credit review and approval process, including implementing new product credit assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with bank credit risk policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of credit risk experience in the banking industry with good credit risk knowledge.
  • Demonstrable experience in performing credit analysis for corporate customers.
  • CFA/CPA qualification will be a plus.
