Hospital Pharmacy Team Lead Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hospital Pharmacy Team Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group, where you will be responsible for leading a team of Pharmacy technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to our patients.

Role Overview:

  • Lead a team of Pharmacy technicians to ensure the efficient delivery of pharmacy services.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Vocational Master's Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training.
  • Proven experience in pharmacy leadership.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary: Up to £60,926 per annum (dependent on experience)
