Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years' General Management experience within Contract Catering sector of the Hospitality Industry

  • Ability to deliver to strict deadlines
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
