About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Chef Manager to join our relief team, working across the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the high level of delivery and expectations across every site you work at.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onsite catering team at sites you are covering, ensuring a high standard of service and quality food.
  • Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Ensure the correct use of all kitchen machinery and equipment, complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Complete weekly bookwork and reports, as well as stock taking and ordering.
About You
  • You will have a previous chef manager background, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of key stakeholders.
  • You will be flexible in approach to your working hours and environment, with a driving license and access to a vehicle essential for the role.
  • You will be self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment, with a passion for quality and service delivery.
  • You will possess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to self-manage and work as efficiently as possible.
  • You will be self-reliant with the drive and determination to succeed and achieve high personal standards.
